About Ty Coed Chalet
Set in arguably the best location in the Summercliffe Chalet Park site, Ty Coed (Tree House) offers compact self-catering accommodation for 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or small adults) in a two bedroomed detached chalet. Wifi on site. With room to park 2 vehicles the chalet has its own private outside space, without being overlooked. Benefitting from a slightly elevated position, it has wonderful views up the valley of the chalet park and across to woodland. A few moments stroll takes you to Caswell beach.
With its decked area, outdoor table and chairs plus a higher back garden with 2 chairs and a little table, Ty Coed has many perfect spots to sit, relax and enjoy the first coffee of the day in the warming sun and a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down and is ideal for couples, singletons or family use.
An outdoor clothes line plus shed with body boards and sun loungers, this little chalet is perfectly fitted out to make your holiday stress free and comfortable. All bedding provided & a towel bale per person. Just bring your beach towels.
Living Area
An open plan interior offers a kitchen area with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, all pots & pans, dishes and cutlery plus storage space for your food. Tea towel provided plus washing up liquid.
A dining table seats 4 in comfort. Two leather settees face a good sized TV with built in DVD. Tastefully decorated in a beach theme throughout.
Bedroom 1
With a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, hairdryer, side tables and lamps.
Bedroom 2
Sturdy wooden bunk beds, wardrobe space, chest of drawers, lamp. 
Shower room/toilet
New electric shower, wall storage for your personal items, heated towel rail
Other Facilities
These will include wall heaters in the lounge and bedrooms, hot water to both sinks, outdoor cupboard with beach toys for use while staying with us. One well behaved dog is welcome except during the high season in Summer. There is a dog ban on many local beaches May-October. Please observe our doggy house rules - you'll find these in our Welcome booklet which also gives you lots of information about the local beaches, parks, woodland & beach walks, eating out, things to do in Mumbles, Swansea and the surrounding area.
