About Ty Bae Chalet
Ty Bae (Bay House) offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. WiFi, TV with in-built DVD, radio. Outdoor space, parking alongside chalet, flat location. All bedding and towels provided
Living Area
The fitted kitchen contains an electric cooker, microwave , fridge, pots, pans, dishes, cafetiere, toaster, cutlery, iron, storage cupboard space. Outside: a clothes line plus big outdoor hooks for wetsuits/wet clothes. Wooden table and chairs on the patio
The lounge has two comfortable upholstered easy chairs and a footstool, plus a 3 seater settee that converts to a small double bed, which can comfortable sleep 2 x children or 2 x smallish adults. TV etc. Wall mounted electric heater plus portable plug in heater. Dining table can seat up to 6.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Each bedroom has a sturdy chest of drawers, a chair plus a small wardrobe, equipped with coat hangers Shelving is in place for toys or other possessions.
Bedding
The following is provided:
4 Duvets with covers
2 pillows (with cases) per bed
Mattress protectors
Fitted sheets
Lightweight blanket per bed.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Shower room/toilet
A good sized bathroom with good quality shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin with sockets for electric toothbrushes and razors.
Outside space
The chalet is detached with car parking alongside for 2 medium size vehicles on your private driveway (to the right of the photograph). There is a small “sunset” patio with a wooden table and benches (not shown), ideal for catching the last sunny rays of the day.
The Chalet park faces lovely woods so offers greenery plus the beach, with its lifeguards, parking, toilets, shop and café, is only a few minutes walk away.
A perfect location!
A welcome booklet in the chalet offers lots of information on local walks, beaches, activities in Mumbles village and Swansea. Whatever the weather brings, there is plenty to do and see for couples, single travellers and families of all ages.
